We will be showcasing the RB35 and RB55 self-propelled crop sprayers in Hall 11, stand 11.214 at LAMMA 2019.
All current Bateman sprayers feature the manufacturers new, highly acclaimed Panoramic 3 cab. In keeping with our ethos, this spacious, driver – friendly environment is designed and built from the ground up at our Devon plant.
As sprayers ourselves, we know first hand the demands put on an operator when spending long hours in the field. The new ergonomically designed cab is custom built for comfort when crop spraying over long periods. We have developed the cab to intrinsically work with the chassis over all terrains - whether you’re on narrow or wide wheels, the drive is assured and the comfort outstanding.
Much thought has gone into visibility from the driver’s perspective. Just two carefully positioned pillars dramatically reduce blind spots. Dispensing with glazing to the rear, which, as any operator will tell you serves little purpose, provides additional strength. The position of the retractable rate controller is yet more proof that we have designed in-cab visibility that’s second to none.
Comfort is provided by the high-backed, heated and cooled air suspension seat, with fore and aft movement. The much quieter cab that we have created further enhances the driver experience - improved insulation and a solid, airtight door offer a much more refined working environment.
Ask any operator and they’ll tell you there’s nothing worse than poor air quality to the cab. The clever positioning of the completely new climate control system, which features CAT 4 filtration provides air quality and circulation beyond expectation. It is attention to detail such as this, which sets us apart.
